How do i back up my 6700?

Hello guys.. i just installed that Eten Speed dialer and other stuff.. i love it.. but i wished i backed up my PPC-6700 before i did it.. now im stuck with it forever..
Is there a way to back up everything to my PC? So i can restore everything to how it was brand new?? please explain in details.. i am very bad at this stuff..
