How to keep AGC enabled?? (keeps getting disabled after phone has been off for while)

Everytime my phone has been off for awhile, my AGC settings reset to Disable.

Any way to get the enable to keep its status ?

As helix139 alluded to, Voice Command is resetting AGC to off (I believe on each bootup). If you search AGC* in the forum, I think there was a prior post from someone who made a hex edit to disable that from happening.

Personally, I never thought AGC helped anything, so my suggestion would be to not worry about it.
