Angry Any way to automatically disable bluetooth when using wired headset?

I just picked up Verizon's 2.5mm to 3.5mm adapter to use my own headphones with the phone. It includes a mic and call button, so it can be used to answer calls. So imagine my disappointment when the phone didn't recognize that I had the darn thing plugged in and continued to send calls to the bluetooth headset (which was tucked away deep in a pocket).

Is there a setting I'm missing somewhere to turn off the automatic routing of calls through bluetooth when a wired headset is connected? Or do I have to manually toggle bluetooth before and after using the wired headset?

I have the same problem.
When I am home and my phone rings, I have to run and find my BT headset as the call goes there instead of the phone.
I know you can go to settings/connections/Bluetooth and disable BT or turn off the BT headset but it would be easier if there was a toggle or button on the phone display.
For now, I try to turn off my headset when I'm at home.

Well turning off your headset when you take it off is the easiest way there is a way to change it during a call.

In the phone app Under Menu (soft button on the right) You can toggle "Turn Hands-free" On or off.. This option is visible when the BT headset is present.. Toggling it will switch back and forth between your 6700 handset and the BT headset. A bit of a pain to fumble with when answering the phone.

Answer from the phone, and not the headset.
