anyone been able to setup xv6700 as a bluetooth modem on a mac??

has anybody been able to set up the verizon xv6700 as a bluetooth modem?
i tried to follow the instructions and selected sprint vision as the modem but it didnt work.

i would love to get this going with the new macbook since there is no card slot and verizon does not offer any solutions for this.

edit:
well i guess i cannot delete this post so let me say its all there.
first you need to enable bt dun which you can find the post by searching for verizon bt dun.

then follow the instructions and use the sprint vision pcs as teh modem

you should get a boot camp mactel so if you actually want to do anything cool with your computer you can switch to windows.

I have been using my XV6700 with my MacBook Pro via bluetooth for 3 months.
I had to turn on DUN via phone program ##3328873 send,
then 000000,
enable DUN and vmodem
you will need to do a hard reset, that will wipe out every program on the phone, so back up via wireless sync that is setup by going to
www.wirelesssync.com. This only backs up calandar, contacts. all programs will be gone.
a hard reset is done in the settings
once you do that. do a bluetooth reconition with the mac.
then go to internet connect and set up bluetooth dial up with #777 on a
sprint PCS vision modem setting.
this works on an off with my mac. It is always disconnecting when you are in motion. When I am on the train in LA it will work for 5 to 50 minites, it is all dependant on how many people are use the network.
