xv6700 utstarcom update and HELP!

hi just got this xv6700 and i know i'm going to love the ridiculous amount of possible features! first thing i am going to need is voice command so i called ut starcom and they told me they released an update for sprint versions and that update includes voice command. utstarcom told me they might have the update by the end of the month for verizon phones. anyone know about this update? or how about getting some programs from a file transfer program or purchasing is completely necessary?

when ever i send a txt i get an annoying "success#" reply. how do i disable that?

where can i get a 2gb mini sandisk for a reasonable price? best buy and circuit city do not list it on there site. this phone is compatible with a 2 gb mini sandisk right?

any suggested programs to get for a comletly fresh from the factory phone?

Hello and welcome. If you have not done so, please take a few minutes and read the sticky forum posting rules message. Please pay special attention to the section on searching and titling your thread. Because you are new here, I will provide you with most of your requested information but you really need to search first before starting a new thread nex time:

1. Verizon ROM Update thread: http://www.pdaphonehome.com/forums/s...t=verizon+msfp

2. Disable message sent notification: http://www.pdaphonehome.com/forums/s...t+notification

3. try ebay or search for "2 GB miniSD" on pricegrabber or simply google it.

Rmemeber, this phone has been around for quite a few months now so just about any issue you may have with it, it has likely already been discussed and/or resolved, you just need to locate the proper threaad, which is what the search function is for. Because all of your questions have been answered in previous threads, I am going to ahead and close this one. Hope that is ok with you.
