How can I forward one of my contacts via email?
... like "forward as a vCard" will let me do in Outlook?

Yes; that will work. I have done it and had the email receipient say they got it.

What I mean, is that you can do the same thing in Pocket Outlook--click and hold for the option, I believe.

That forwards as a picture mail to the person with the data as a text file image. Works, but not as good as outlook.
