You would perform this step as you would on a windows xp machine. ie, open resco file explorer and browse to a .wav file. Then, hold down the stylus on the file and select "open" and then "open with" and browse to the TCPMP application. At the bottom of the screen you will see a box "Always use this program to open up this file type" and check it. From now on you will be able to open the .wav with TCPMP and it will play just fine. Good luck!

I agree with using TCPMP, but it should be possible to play the .wav files from TCPMP without using a program like Resco File Explorer. Once the TCPMP application is loaded, you can change the file associations within TCPMP to include .wav (called Windows waveform) files. You would get there within TCPMP by going to:
Options
Settings
Select Page
File Associations
Check the box in front of Windows waveform
If this works, when you click on the .wav file it should play in TCPMP. If it doesn't, then another codec is probably needed.
