Using an old bluetooth phone as a handset for the 6700?
I have an old Sony-Ericsson T610 that is bluetooth enabled and am currently using the 6700 as my new phone. I was curious, since they have bluetooth, if it would be feasible to use the T610 as a handset for the 6700. The T610 is much smaller and I've always loved the form factor, and it would be great to keep my 6700 in my bag. Is this possible? Just for kicks, I would love to see if I could get this working.
My inspiration has been with retro phone mod's where the creator takes a bluetooth headset and installs it's components in oldschool telephone/cellphone enclosures. The result is often hilarious (aka 80's coke-dealer cereal-box sized bluetooth handsets)
But, it's only been tried with headsets that have bluetooth setups for that particular purpose. I would think it would be possible to make this work since both devices are bluetooth, but I'm also skeptical because the t610 isn't setup to sync that way with another phone... but I'm no tech genius.
