I'm looking for an alternative to the expensive OEM cradle that will hold the PPC-6700 upright. This is the 1st I have found.

Anyone know of any others?

I've tried Seidio products and overall did not like them. I had an Innodock for my Treo 650 and always had trouble with the connector.

It looks alright to me, but do you HAVE to have a cradle? Aftermarket power cables are DIRT cheap on ebay.

What's wrong with the cradle that comes with the phone?

Nothing. I need 2 - one for home and one for the office,

If I only want a power/sync cable I would have asked "Anyone have experience with DIRT cheap cables off ebay vs. OEM?"

My main concern with this cradle is that the USB connector appears to be centered in the cradle, where in the phone it is offset to the left. I also wonder about the angle of the connector and if it will put undue stress on the USB phone port.

These observations led to to ask about any personal experiences with this cradle. Can't tell everything from a picture.
