Every picture I take with the camera has the date and time stamped in it. I have looked through the menus, and I must be missing it, but how do I turn that off. I don't want the date/time stamp.

Go to the setup tools icon on the camera bottom right its the middle icon. Then click on tools and choose options from there click on the General tab and uncheck Apply Date and time stamp while capturing images.

if you go to tools then options there is a setting under general "apply date and time stamp while capturing images"
