new Chapura pocketmirror screwed up Activesyncing, how do I reset??
I share a big contact list at work through the public folders and so I've been waiting for Chapura to release their new Pocketmirror for WM5. It came our yesterday and I dove straight in. Now everything is F***ED up.
I finally managed to remove the program from my laptop and, I think, from my phone (XV6700), but still I can't get activesync to work and the whole thing seem extremely slow and unstable. I've had to soft-reset at least 5 times today.
The activesync problem happens when synching my tasks: it starts to sync, get to 100 out of 735 and then goes into an endless cycle of "processing." I left it for 45 minutes and saw no progress. Terminating (through the end task function) the program take a while given the slowness, but does work.
I have no backup. (Worst part about it is that I almost bought a backup program the other day.)
Now I'm wondering if there's a way to simply wipe the phone and start over again. Anyone have any advice? Can anyone point me a lay person's step-by-step on reinstalling WM5 on the xv6700?
