hopw do I setup push email on a cox.net account with Exchange 2003??

Hi,
I have a Cox.net email account and i was wondering how i go about getting push or push like email. I am new to the exchange stuff, but i do have exchange 2003 just never really got around to setting it up. I dont really know how lol. Can anyone give me a break down of how i would set ths up.

You already have exchange 2003 server? You're going to need a static hostname (preferably a static IP also) and certain ports forwarded on your external IP addressed forwarded to you exchange server.

You'd need to have your cox email forwarded to an exchange 2003 server running SP2 and setup the exchange server to allow mobile devices to synchronize with it. There's a whole long FAQ somewhere on how to set everything up. It's not really for the faint of heart...

I'm in IT myself and I don't even want to bother hosting my own exchange. I'm paying $2/mo with mail2web and it's worth the $25/year just not to deal with exchange myself.

Ok i was afraid of that. Now how do i forward my cox email. I cant find anything anywhere to forward it.
