Starting IE shortcut from Voice Tag??

I want to launch an internet explorer shortcut with Voice Speed Dial (new app included in ROM update). I copied the shortcut to Windows/Start Menu/Programs and it shows under Applications in Voice Speed Dial. When I click on it from File Explorer it works fine and launches PIE. When I attach a voice tag and it is launched by Voice Speed Dial it starts PIE but then errors out with "Cannot connect with current connection settings"

This trick used to work for Voice Command. Any idea how to make it work for Voice Speed Dial?

This was my first adventure on the phone. If you notice, when it starts the shortcut there is a windows directory in the web address. I gave up after a few hours of trying to find the right code to edit the shortcut to. I am about ready to start tackling this again. Please feel free to post what you find out as I will also.

You could just make it your homepage and launch IE. I know this solution is somewhat lame, but I thought I'd throw it out there.

I have had not luck at all trying to find a solution. I think this is going to take someone doing custom programming assuming there is someone up for the challenge.
