It's just a normal install, I'm almost done so I'll let you know very shortly. I plugged my device into the laptop, executed the file and now i'm updating. Same process as updating my jasjar.

Anyone else getting an error 260-8? It tells me to soft reset, I do and still get the error.

Looks Like I'll have to re-cook my extended rom but so far it's all good.

There's now a battery indicator icon in the top bar
and there's a "TimeSnyc.cab" (that's how it was spelled...)

AND it comes with a screen lock program!

My update went perfectly...

Just follow the instructions on your PC, then on the PPC.

It was s-i-m-p-l-e

Now to Sync & re-install.

Works Great!!

New!

New dialer
Taskbar Battery Level
Cyberon Voice Dial
New Comm Manager
Lock on Today Screen
ZIP file utilitiy
Network Time Sync
Flight mode press time longer

Not New..

Appears there is not A2DP
Still doesnt dismiss voicemail notification until you have no new vm's

Im sure theres more goodies to find. What will be most interesting is to see if DSOD and other problems are fixed.

Is it just me, or on inital boot up when you set up the screen, does it seem that the unit is WAYYY more responsive than before?

I soft reset a couple of times and still got the error. On a hunch I uninstalled phonealarm (has been giving me weird problems all month) and voila, it worked. Not sure if it was the 5th soft reset or phonealarm.
