Just call Sprint and tell them your phone is hosed, and you need to reprogram it. When they tell you to enter ##123456# for the initial programming, hang up.

The number they give you is your MSL.

Can't find the ## list for the 6700

I remember seeing a list of ## codes but now I can't find them. I tried searching ##* or even ##*** but it says it is under the minimum length.

If someone could direct me to the post or even better how to search for it, I would appreciate it.

Thanks

They are pretty standard amongst Sprint phones. Here are the major ones:

##DEBUG#
##DATA#
##PRL#
##RTN#
##DIAG#

and of course ##XXXXXX# (where XXXXXX is your six-digit MSL/SPC)

Hope that helps.

Which code is the one to get to where you enter your cell number? I had my reprovisioned today and MSID is missing but I need to get to it. Thanks!

It was something like ##042xxx#

Just called CSR, the one above only works once. Then I had to use:

##711187#

Just thought I'd throw this out. Not true for the A900, but works for the rest I've found so far.

I just checked mine and it says RX: -52 dbm. Is there a way to increase this to get better signal? Also, the BAND kept changing from PCS to "sleep mode" every few seconds, is this normal?

Question for anybody with access to their registry!!!

Hello, my 6700 decided to do its own thing at the worst possible time. I was in the HKLM folder, navigating my way to the software folder, and my phone highlighted a folder and tried to change its name. I thought it was the SOFTWARE folder, since thats the one i clicked on, so I tried to rename it software. It named it SOTWARE since I already had one named software. Now I can't get into my today screen, contacts, messages, games, or any of the good stuff. Can someone please message me if you have an idea which folder I changed, or even send me a list of the subfolders in the HKLM folder for Windows CE 5.0. Then I could compare lists, and see which one I'm missing. I would so greatly appreciate any help you guys could give me!

Is there a program to make the codes work if your firmware/kitchen isn't allowing the codes to work?
