I read a FAQ online, but it's not very detailed. I'm trying to set up my fastmail.fm account and am completely stumped. After initial setup, it tries to download the folders. I see the 'wait circle', then nothing. I'm not sure if it worked or not. I tried my best guess at settings, but any help would be appreciated.

I searched all the forums on this site and there's really no good documentation for this anywhere.
