Is there anything that can help with the volume of the speaker?

I can not use the speaker phone because I cannot hear the speaker, and the voice commands are hard to work with for the same reason.

Maybe there is a bluetooth hack or solution so it will work with the headset?

I am with you on this, except I hear my speaker phone fine, it's when the phone rings that's bugging me, I can barely hear it. I have every volume maxed out, unless the phone is right in front of me, I have trouble hearing it ring. I am looking for a way to increase the ringer volume.
