Voice Command install problems (trail verison expired)

I've just finished the trial version of VC and tried to install the real version. I've tried just about everything to get rid of the trial version on both the phone and the installing computer. I'm 100% sure that I have the full (non-trial version) of VC, but it installs as the "trial Version". The phone also comes up with an UNSUCCESSFUL install of the .cab file. Any suggestions??? Thanks

Wipe the software both on the PC and the PPC. Reboot the PC, soft reset the PPC. Try again.

On the PPC side, look at the file structure and remove all traces of MSVC before the soft reset/attempted reinstall.

Good Luck,

T-Bone, search for the thread "Voice Command Install Problem: Insufficent Memory Error, please help" and find my second and third post there. It addresses where to find the folders you need to delete.

i am assuming it is unwise to install this particular program on the card bc of how closely it works with the phone? i only have 10 megs free and wont it slow my phone if i use any more of that memory?
