Post No Sound, what will Sprint store reps tell me??

So I am wondering what the people at the sprint store are going to tell me tomorrow when I take my phone in tomorrow since I am getting no sound from the speaker. I get sound when I am on the phone but the speaker on the back doest work. When I plug in a headset I get sound.

I have insurance but I have heard a few horror stories.

I am just worried about not having my phone for a few days. I use it at work so much. I admin a network. I use it as a pager, to page my assistant, to remote in from outside of the building and for so much else. i love this damn phone and it will suck to part from it.

they gave me a new one...whoo hooo. even kept them after hours setting up the new one.

reinstalling everthing now. syncing the financial stuff is taking forever.

One of their larger stores should be able to 'repair' it onsite. (in this case just diagnose it) if they have replacements in stock they will do the exchange right then, if not they will order one. you will keep you phone (as it is still usable for calls) and the replacement will arrive in 2 to 3 days.

At least that is what should happen. : )
