For those with the Sprint Insurance, was it a pain to use??

For those that have had to use it, was it a pain? For the last 2 weeks, my phone has been locking up at times, not responding to screen touch at times, rebooting randomly, and going into flight mode randomly. It's also been draining the battery like crazy. I called 800-support and they went through some basic reset steps to no avail. They said if it continued to go to a local shop to run diags.

Up to this point, I've had zero issues. I'm sure it'll have to be replaced, but not sure how big a pain the local shop will be. Do they have them in stock now? I've seen references to a new "blue" version. Is there any differences other than the keyboard color?

Just an update. I went into the store, they ran diags (or just sat in the back room for 45 min, who knows) and came back with a new phone to replace my old one. So the replacement part went smooth. The bad is when I got home, I noticed the volume slider on the side is broke.

I just got my 6601 replaced, dropped it off for 2 hours, got a new 6600 in about 10 minutes. Couldn't ask for it to be easier.

I had no problem with my 6600 last week. I walked in to the store, told them what was wrong. They went in the back and ran a test or two. In 20 minutes a warranty replacement was ordered. Five days later it wasn't in the store yet. I asked what was the holdup, they said they couldn't get one and they couldn't get me a refirbished 6700 either. They said to come down and they'd give me one off the shelf.

I walked out of the store an hour later with a brand new 6700, and here I am!

It's all good.
