SNES emulator and roms for 6700 - where can I get them??

Hey guys, saw someone 6700 at a bowling alley playing SNES roms on their 6700. Tried searching online but no avail, anyone know where I can get it? Any other emulator / roms work on the 6700 besides SNES? Thanks!

Ok, I downloaded all three of the programs, dragged them into my SD card in win explorer, went to File Explorer in my 6700 and tried to run the programs but got the message saying "This program is not a valid PPC 6700 program". Could someone walk me through this please? Thanks.

If it is a .exe file, then you have to sync your 6700 to your pc and run the file on your pc........It will then install it on your device.

I use morphgear and pocketNester and they work great for me. Multiple keypress and diagonal work fine. You can get pocketNester at
http://sourceforge.net/projects/pnester/

Good Luck

Are you guys using the keyboard to play using these emulators? I've installed both of the above and they won't work with my screen in landscape mode. How about the rest of you?

same here.....but that seems to not be a problem for all the games i have i guess the horizontal shooters would be better....but the controls are the otehr problem...morphgear is not set up to utilize the keypad bc that is different for every unit.

to be honest guys, i cant see wanting the keyboard for most of the games....i think the toggle and joystick ,while small for most hands, are a much better fit for games.

I just couldn't see paying for Emulator software for my phone. The phone is just to ackward to play games on. I put pocket nester on though just to show off to friends. What I want for this phone is a bluetooth or usb playstation style controller. Basically you'ld dock the phone in the center of the controller you could slide the phone open use the keyboard also and the controls would be on the side (Just think of the phone docking where the start and select buttons are on a PSX controller and sliding up to access the keyboard). If you want a really good Emulator console though get a GPx2 (Game Park). http://www.lik-sang.com/info.php?cat...oducts_id=7728 It's a linux based handheld console and has a good homebrew scene behind it. http://gp2x-emulation.dcemu.co.uk/ I don't have one yet but I have a PSP with the 1.50 OS for running emu's etc.

with pocket hack master oc to 624 I can play most snes roms with sound and it only skips a couple of frames, plus I play them in landscape mode with the keyboard. And with the hack the guy released to allow multiple keypresses its pretty tight. The joypad is pretty good for gaming and the buttons are really big. I never have any problems starting morphgear and there hasnt been a single game that hasnt worked for me be it nes or snes, genesis is slow as hell though but mastersystem works well.
