Word error when opening or creating new doc: problem encountered & cannot be opened

Well I never really use word mobile on my phone. But today i needed to use it but when i try to open the program i get an error message saying: "A problem with the document was encountered and it cannot be opened" I also get this message when I click New to start a new document. This happen to anyone else. Soft reset was a no-fix by the way. Thanks

nvm figured it out. if you have the new sprint rom just unzip it and move it to your my documents folder. if you unzip on your pc it will only look like there a 4 files in the templates folder but when you move that folder into your activesync folder and browse it from your 6700 you will see all the other templates
