Is there a way to configure send/receive frequency on Wireless Sync?

I have a pop3 sbcglobal.net account set as an email source on wireless sync. My problem is it doesnt seem to get anything unless I manually do a send/receive from the webpage. Is there a set frequency for when it will poll the account and is it configurable?

I've tried all kinds of setups from the threads Ive read and nothing seems to work for me...Ive switched email accounts from hotmail to gmail to yahoo to sbcglobal, tried to setup gmail through outlook on my PC, tried setting up gmail directly on my pda...nothing works. I just want a simple efficient way to be notified automatically when I receive new emails.

I know its been asked before, but does someone have a good 'tried and true' way to get emails on time? Im so frustrated I almost want to take the thing back...j/k (forgive me, im a newbie)

Also, if you have several accounts setup on the phone, does only the one thats highlighted get new mail notifications? This seems to be the case with me. Like if hotmail was the last thing I checked on the phone, I wont get any new mail notifications for gmail, yahoo etc.

Thanks in advance.

If you've set up a POP account on the Wireless Sync Web site, it should poll that account about every fifteen minutes. How you receive them on your handset is configured on your handset. You can use push, ReadySync (timed) or manual. Go through the settings on your handset for those.

Regarding your last question, I assume you mean you have Pocket Outlook retrieving the email and not Wireless Sync. If so, the answer is yes, the last one checked is the one that will retrieve automatically. That's just a limitation of Pocket Outlook.
