Movie is on card and when you click on movie it tries to load in WMP but it is AVI so it won't play there. I have downloaded the decoder as suggested by the pocket dvd software and TCPMP. When I go to TCPMP and click on the screen nothing happens. How can I get the movie to load?

Open up TCPMP, click on File in the lower left hand corner, click on Open File in the menu that pops up, navigate to where you have the video file stored, click on it, this will take you back to the player screen, click on the play button towards the bottom of the screen.

Got video loaded and playing but only hear audio and no video just a green screen. Any ideas?

You might need to install a driver file. Go to the TCPMP site and load the drivers. Then try again.
