HOW TO: AM & PM On Title Bar hack
Using a "Registry Edit" program
HKLM\nls\overrides
1. Create String: S1159
Value = Am
2. Create String: S2359
Value = Pm
3. Create String: STFmt
Value = h:mm tM
Thought this was a must have for those whos nights run into mornings and visa versa. The srings and values are case sensitive.
