Photos of Google earth on my 6700 - awesome

Some screenshots of google local on the 6700.

I also checked out pocket msn and map point and that works good too- better than google in that it outputs entire list of directions at once as well as local news.

Great Stuff!

pardon my ignorance but how do you get google earth on the 6700? I've only seen a version for the PC. Or are you using Google Local with midp?

Does google local allow you to view cached maps if you dont have a net connection?

Google Local is what I meant and you can view satellite maps

This is thread that I used to get it installed- you have download the ibm java thingy and the google thingy to your ppc

http://pdaphonehome.com/forums/showt...ghlight=google

Now you never need to be lost even without a gps. I like the search nearest address function.

when I go to google local I don't see the 6700 listed. What did you use to download the program? It looks great and I can't wait to try it. Thanks a lot.
