Thanks in advance for helping me troubleshoot this. I did read the half dozen threads on "problems with attachments" and not only are there no solutions in there but they haven't even really defined the issues yet.

Here's my status:

I get an email with .jpg attachments. I pop it on my desktop via Thunderbird or Outlook and I see them just fine. I POP the same account via WM5 Messaging and I get a notice that only part of the message has been shown, click to download the rest. I click, I send/receive, it says the entire message is there, but no attachments. No data, no files, no attachments - just a short email with a large kb filesize.

Here's the weirder part. I sync mail with the desktop Outlook, and those same emails that have visible attachments on the desktop show up in WM5 with the right file size, but again no attachments.

I am wondering how to troubleshoot this.. it seems the server mail is ok, TBird and Outlook can parse the mime stuff ok, but Wm5 is choking with no info. tried it across a few different ISP accounts, all the same behavior: they work fine, except WM5 doesn't show me the attachments.
