How do I download my treo 600 phonebook and other information to my 6700?

I used my Treo with a Mac, but when I changed over to the 6700, I loaded the Palm software on a Windows computer and synched my Treo with Outlook. Then when I installed the 6700 ActiveSync, I was able to load the information from Outlook into the 6700. Hope this helps!

How do I sync treo 600 with the outlook? I've been trying for an hour.

You may have to reinstall the software on the computer if you already had it synched to the Palm Desktop. During the install, it asks you if you want to sync to Outlook. Otherwise, I don't know how to change it. You may be able to find answers at the Palm site, but I think the easiest way may be to reinstall the Palm software and choose Outlook!

I made the same switch and just beamed my contacts from the 600 to the 6700 one at a time.

pocket mirror or intellisync. should come with your Treo 600 installation cd. Just pop the cd in there and install pocket mirror. Sync to outlook then just delete palm desktop and pocket mirror.

you can also beam a whole category at a time. all contacts on all cellphones/ pda are in vcf format or something similar that is compatible with all cellphones/ pdas...
