I'm about to purchase a Verizon Family Plan and a couple of devices, one of which I'm planning to be the XV6700.

The 'low cost' phones that are available for my second line from Verizon are really lousy; if you go through a 3rd party retailer, you seem to get much better phones -- and often free. However, I don't see any 3rd party's that carry the XV6700...

Besides VZE, is there anyone else selling the 6700 together with Verizon plans?

(Related question: when you buy through a 3rd party, who do you deal with if you want to exchange phones within the 14 day trial period?)
