I finally got around to fixing my pc lastnight and I tried to get windows to recognize my phone so that I could back it up, since there is nothing for my Mac yet. When I plug the phone into the computer with the USB cable, it comes up in the device manager as a windows mobile based device but I get "this device cannot start (code 10)" when I look at the properties. Any help would be appreciated.

ok, so uninstalled and reinstalled activesyc about 4 times and on the final try windows decided that it was time to recognize my phone. Thanks for our help hamsup1o.
