I recently bought a new PPC-6700 with Sprint. So far I love it. The only thing I seem to have problems with is the syncronization. I intalled Active Sync 4.0 as provided in the original package. I turned on my devise and hooked it up using the cradle through the USB port. The computer recognized the new hardware and the Active Sync programs starts up. Then it just stays in the "connecting" status and nothing else happens. I know the computer is not the problem because when I connect my Dell Axim, sync works just fine. There is nothing in the user manual I haven't tried.

Am I missing a step?
