new user, needing some help!

well first things first, just bought ppc-6700 and so far i like it. couple of things that i dont ill list them later but my first question is why is it that every time i search something on this forum im getting this error
"There seems to have been a slight problem with the pdaPhoneHome.com database.
Please try again by pressing the refresh button in your browser.
An E-Mail has been dispatched to our Technical Staff, who you can also contact if the problem persists.

We apologise for any inconvenience."

whats going on? im running windows xp with firefox browser.
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1. Gecko/20051111 Firefox/1.5

what ive been trying to search is information on flight mode? Is there anything i can do about it? My fone seems to like turning off the phone, meaning in wireless manager, the phone setting will be off for some odd reason? how can i fix that? ive tried to search many many times, but i get that error above so help!
i have couple/quite a few questions to ask since im quite new here, so thank you all!

you are probably pressing the end key too long... it just needs a tap but if you hold it down for a sec it will go into flight mode
