State on caller ID

On my old sprint flip phone, my caller ID showed the state that the call was coming from-not so on the 6700. Any ideas?

I apologize that this question is not more technical or complicated-I will try better next time

Thanks!

i checked out their sight and not only does this thing cost a fortune for what it does but it apprears that along with showing the city and state information it also flashes their brand like an unwanted commercial. if that's the case they should be paying users to advertise for their overpriced software!!!!!
