Editing Shortcut Target

Anyone know how to edit a shortcut target with Mobile 5? I need to append a "/r" to a shortcut target and it appears Mobile 5 doesn't allow you to edit the target as you can with Windows XP.

The .lnk files would appear to be simple text files. Open in a text editor.
