When I type in a number (or speed dial or use VC) and press talk, the phone keypad disappears.

I know that by pressing the left hand softkey, I can pop the keypad back up. But this is a pain since I always have to press various keys for voice mail and so forth.

Does anyone know how to change the default setting so that keypad is always up after a call is placed?

Good question! That drives me nuts too. Any ideas or hacs? I seems like I remember seeing it somewhere but I just searched and can't find it.
