spb pocket plus vs. ilauncher

I am currently using sbc pocket plus and this program loads incredibly slow and it annoying. Has any tried ilauncher and does it do the same thing?

Both apps are app launchers but sbp p+ has more features, that's why it takes up more memory. if you are just using the app launcher, you should turn off some of the feature to see if that helps. or download iLauncher and try it out for yourself..also,theres a freeware app launcher called claunch that you might want to try

Can anyone else share their experiences with pocket plus or ilauncher?

BTW, you can get ilauncher for $3 off: http://minibrand.handango.com/minibr...//www.sbsh.net

Edit: It's also a new version, 2.3 of ilauncher which supports d-pad navigation.
See a picture at http://www.sbsh.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=9208

Is that how the icons look with just ilauncher or are they using Wisbar Advance? If so, that's misleading.

I use Ilauncher and love it. It's one application I can't live without. They just came out with a new version which offers a 12 day free trial. I was able to upgrade for free and the new version is incredible.

I too was having the slow down issues with pocketplus. So slow I had to uninstall it. I emailed the developer and they sent me a beta that loads smooth as silk. Problem solved. If you dont have the beta just say so, and I will post it here. I think the version I have is 3.1.0.

The only two things I like about Sbp is the multiple windows in IE, and the tabs, which has gay icons. I also might have liked the Smart Scroll IF I could figure it out I don't think Ilauncher has the multiple window thing which I what I am trying to figure out.. does it?
I would totally miss that.

I personally have used many different programs such as SBC Pocket + & ILauncher ... personally the older SBC Pocket + I gave up on, as it is a big program and uses alot of RAM .. but since the NEW VERSION came out, with the Page Scrolling and Multiple Tabs, I am back with it. With the Page Scrolling and Multiple Tabs, I was able to uninstall the Opera I was using, and am able to strictly use IE now. The Page Panning is something I cant live without. The only drawback in my opinion is a program such as Pocket + uses significant RAM ... damn I wish this phone had more RAM ... grrrr

EDIT: Wrong Thread I am using the PPC 6800 .. but I did use both these programs on PPC 6700 as well ha ..!!
