isvery fast i use the usb but is a litter complicade i download from the cd the dial.exe from sprint and conect but the problem is all the time when i conect my computer star like a new divece i dont know if i make mistake if i do please let me know to fix any way is great fast download web page please if some one use the usb diferent let me know ...........Chris

The cliff notes version of what I found here (your situation might be different) is that I needed to start wmodem *before* i plugged it to the computer.
