yes and no -- see the other thread regarding VC.

in short, yes, most BT headset will work with VC -- but youll have to use the VC button on the phone to activate it [rather than the bluetooth headset's function button(s)] -- i say no for that reason.

HOWEVER, there _is_ a hack/program where you CAN use the BT headset's button to activate VC [this is in another thread] -- i havent looked into that yet, nor tried it myself, but everyone seems ot be fairly happy with it.

2 posts below this one; thread titled "Voice Command"

the link to the hack is in that thread too; page 8 or 9 or something.

with the plantronics 640 you can use VC with no hack.

simply open the audio channel (Hold button for 2 seconds), press the VC button, and talk into the headset.

right out of the box.

little bit of static, but it's light and loud = great headset.

With the AX2 you can just tap the side button, then the VC button. I think that's as good as it gets for now until they fix VC.

that's what ive been doing. BUT the only thing i want to be able to do; is not touch the handset at all and open audio channel, tap multifunction button again for vc, and speak commands.

not possible without the hack.
