i did all these registry hacks and I love the performce of the 6700 even more but some how it seem that you have to do this after you install all your apps.

because once you do these registry hacks, some of the things start to act up.

the first time i did the registry, the clock on top was displaying in 24 hours format and not in 12 hours format.

so i did a hard reset and started over, because i couldn't figure out why or how to change it back.

i tryed it again, with a new registry hack (animation menu removed).

now my 6700 is even faster then before but when i press the record botton. it goes to wireless manager and not to the one i asigned to.

has any one have simular issuse.

i did the junkware and the registry hacks:

disable start menu animation, cache glyphs, sms notification, web page scrolling.

after i did these mods, my 6700 did some weird things like.

the time was in a wrong format. instead of 12 hours, it was in 24 hours format.

the record botton was asign to handyswitcher but when i press it.

im wondering if i have to install all my app first and then do these registry hacks, so thier isn't any conflicts with other apps.

it's confusing because none of these registry are related to them.

it sounds like you're doing these tweaks all at once...it's best to do 1 reg tweak at a time and soft reset in between each one, that way you'll know what caused all those issues. It's also much safer that way because reg tweaks can mess up your device and you'll need to hard reset..

just like any change to your system, it's always suggested to try just a few at a time.
So when issues come up it's easier to troubleshoot.
