I am a long time MS PocketPC users that gave up waiting and am presently using the Treo 650 with Sprint. I do not like the Palm operating system. I would like to go back to a MS PocketPC and try the PPC-6700. It looks great. Does EVDO work in most big cities? How about Denver, NYC, LAX, LAS, DFW, etc.? How much extra per month does this increase your old Voice / Vision Plan for the switch from the Treo 650 to the PPC-6700? Thanks.

All of your questions can be answered by going to Sprint.com and looking at their coverage maps and data plans. You will want to pay particular attention to the yellow/orange shaded areas as this is the Power Vision (EVDO) coverage area. If you already have the $15 data access, that is all you need. You may be asked to switch it to a Power Vision data plan, which costs the same so in that case, your plan would not increase any. Since this topic has been discussed so extensively (search for Power Vision), I am going to close it.
