Just thought you all would like to know, it appears as though UTStar has launched a new support website. You can use the following link http://www.utstar.com/pcd/
I must say, i am impressed with the layout. You can also find factory stylus replacements, sync cables, and even the extended battery - which unfortunately is marked as out of stock. There is also an option to register your PDA for support? I assume this coincides with sprints new warranty policy? Hopefully, theyll be up and posting our awaited firmware update!
Ps. Our device is listed under "Data Devices" on the top banner
Just for everyone's knowledge I did see on alltel that the extended battery is listed though also as out of stock. It does appear though that hope is in sight(at least for those of us that run out of battery life mid-day).

The USB cable is simply the same Mini-B cable that most digital camera makers use. I got a replacement "data cable" from CompUSA for $15 dollars or so.

Can you please give more details on Sprint's 'new' warranty policy.. ? And would it effect us if we bought the phone already ?
Looks as if the 6700 is so new they don't have much in the way of it at their web site, either. LOL
But this is a nice find and I hope that it'll be a great resource in the near future.
Yeah $66 for a data cable is freakin' ridiculous. Thank GOD that mini-USB is supported...there are LOTS of cables out there that can be used which are much more affordable.

Also I like the fact that I can charge my 6700 with the same USB cable too
