mini SD cards

i am looking to buy a mini SD card 1gb in size and i was looking at these two cards.

http://www.supermediastore.com/pqi-1...card-133x.html

http://www.supermediastore.com/pqi-1...card-150x.html

there is a $2.00 difference and one operates at 150x speed and the other operates at 133x speed. will our phones work with the 150x card? has anyone had any previous experience with this type of card?

thanks

Tom

And probably not. The faster cards make a difference with other devices like cameras.

The PPC has mini-SD card support. So these will work, http://www.flash-memory-store.com/to...e-digital.html , but these will not http://www.supermediastore.com/pqi-1...card-133x.html . SD cards are a lot larger than mini-SD cards.

yeah, i just looked at those links and i posted SD cards.

so then i need a mini SD card, but i would have to use an adapter

to make it easier i should just buy a SD card.

you cant use an sd card on a mini - there are no adapters. you can use a mini in an sd but not vice versa

mini-SD is the kind of card you want to buy, this is the only type of card your 6700 will accept. we also have an extensive thread on minSD cards if you are interested. a title only search for "miniSD" will locate this thread easily.

also, most mini-SD cards come with an adapter to convert it into a SD card so that you can use it with a card reader for your PC or on devices that use SD cards.

I would highly recommend staying away from Flash Memory Store (or their alt. business name, Computer Memory Store).

Go take a look at their reviews on Reseller Ratings.
