I am having trouble using pocket informant.I cannot get my apopintments to sync with outlook. Every time i create a new all day appointment like a birthday that i set for busy and for recurring once a year it will not sync. I have windows xp and have tried active sync 4 and 4.1. I get the following error message
"the following appointments failed to syncronize from the device:
1. whatever the subject of the appointment is (such as Teds' Birthday)
Time whatever date i put in such as (5/24/06 12:00 AM)
Duration: 1439 minutes

Support code: 1

I have tried the release version 2005 rev 3 and the beta rev 4 and I get the same error. I really like pocket information but i need it to sync. Can anyone help me.

ok i have narrowed down the problem but don't know how to fix it. It looks like when i enter a new recurring appointment and set it to all day at first it sets the start and end date correctlry to the same date. But if i go back and look at it again or try to edit it the end date has changed to the day before the start date. If for example i set an all day appointment for 12/2/05, the start date is it sets to 12/2/05 and it makes the end date 12/1/05. This is what is messing up the sync i think. Anyone know how to fix this. Thanks in advnace
