is there anyway to try orb or streaming tv from someone else?

just curious if anyone has tv streaming that i can try out? or any companies or websites that stream so i can access some type of television so i can see the quality and try it out before i do the whole setup at my house to stream my own?

The easiest way to try mobile TV is to go on the windows mobile site that's on the front or the browser, comes with the phone. They have sample videos and you can also sign up for a trial of WM live TV. The quality is much better I expected.

i couldnt find the live tv on windows mobile site? i didnt want to try orb b/c i need to get the whoile set up to try it right? like get the video card and connect the cable to the computer etc right?

You could just stream a movie or something you have on your pc without hooking up all the tv stuff......At least you can see how it streams.

Ti find Mobile Tv: Open "Internet Explorer Mobile". Tap the "Windows Mobile" 2/3 the way down the scteen. Under M
"Mobile Friendly Web Sites" find "Windows Media Mobile" At the top of te screen is "Watch Live TV" There are demo's and ten a free trial. I was just watching MSN TV and it was working great!

for some reason, i cant find what you are mentioning. i dont see anything that says mobile frinedly websites. im not seeing it

I think he meant install it on your phone - and try streaming music or videos from your computer. I don't have a tv tuner (and am not really interested in getting one) but I do use ORB for streaming music, Tivo'd videos (both from the Tivo and those that are stored on my computer), and for showing pictures from the computer. And that's at 1x! - sheureka

ok i setup my orb account. i tried it and is very cool. i saw all my pics from my home computer. i didnt set up my cable tv yet. i hope when i do, that i am impressed with it. im excited. will i be able to choose the channel i want to watch from my ppc device?
also, how come i didnt see ay of my videos? do they need to be in a certain folder etc? i have many windows media videos etc.
