Multitasking

What are the limitations as far as multitasking are concerned for this phone? Can you:

surf the web and talk on the phone?
edit a document or spreadsheet and talk on the phone?
have multiple applications oppen and toggle between them easily?
Any other gotchas you know of?

Sorry, I don't have the phone yet but I wanted to know before I buy.

1) no unless connected to wifi
2) seems yes
3) yes
