Must haves:
1) A base program like SPB Pocket Plus or OmegaOne's Battery Pack Pro. Either one of these programs will add a more easily used interface to basic functions and settings that will make the user experience more productive.
2) A better web browser. At present, I know of no such one that can work on WM 5 that can be put onto the 6700, but several are in the works.
3-?) This one is dependant on your basic reason for having the device. From this point on, it would depend on the need you have. For example, as a security guard, I have Vito SketchArtist. If there is an incident on the work-site, I can create a composite sketch for identification puropses.
YMMV, but that's the way I see it...
