sprint email

When I go online via my EVDO (or 1x), I go to: http://pop.sprintpcs.com.....at the login screen I log in (seemingly correct) and it goes to a white screen.

Problem: how do you check you sprint email via the web. Am I going to the correct site?

why not tie in your sprint account to your "messaging" on your phone. Just set it up as a POP3 account. Then you can send and receive with out using PIE.

rinkwide, Thanks a ton..works great.

fittske, can you take a moment and explain how. What does POP3 stand for, etc. I've heard much about it but have never tried it out.

Fittske

I'm pretty knowledgeable when it comes to setting up pop on email clients such as outlook, my question is, when I try to configure my @sprintpcs.com account on my phone, it finds all the pop and smtp settings for me, however, when I try to access the email, it prompts me to enter the correct incoming email password, Im postive that i entering the correct pw, but still no go. i also cannot access the email by means of going to pop.sprintpcs.com either. As of right now, Im only to access the email by loggin into sprint.com and clicking on the pcs mail. Please post on how you did that and if I 'm missing something here.

If your phone was already activated when they sent it to you, they probably never setup your password. That's what happened to me.
I had the same problem with my email. You need to call tech support (not regular customer care) and ask for a 6700 tech. They can fix it for you.

Sounds like the problem lies with your account not your set up.
