Another surprise from Customer Care
I just spent the last hour and a half on the phone with the folks at Sprint and I found out some interesting info. They don't know sh*t.
It all started when I needed to reset my email password, and the customer care person screwed my vision password in the process.
Well because the 6700 takes so long to reset, I had time to small talk. Turns out that there are only a handfull of techs that have had ANY training on this phone. So I was warned that if you have any problems with it, you are completely wasting your time unless you ask specifically for a 6700 tech. Customer care and regular tech support are more likely to cause problems rather than solve them. I know, big surprise.
You should also get very comfortable, since their average 6700 support call is like 15 - 20 minutes, your wait will be lloooonngg.
I was also given an unlock code for ##3282#. Not sure if they are truely unique to each phone, but it's 128252 if it will do anyone any good.
