minisd...issue...woops

ok so i was formatting my minisd card with pocket mechanic and my 6700 turned itself off...now it won't recognize the card so i can't get back to it to reformat it...any suggestions?

Do you have an minisd card adaptor for your computer? I had the same thing happen. I loaded the minisd into the adaptor, put it into the sd slot on my computer and formatted it there.

Do you format it as FAT or FAT32? I tried the reformat to fix the screen not coming on problem and used FAT32, but it didn't seem to help any.

no clue - i can't check the settings i had until i put a working flash card in...luckily, after 30 minutes of searching, i found the SD adapter for my mini card and can use it in my computer at work (i have no flash reader here...yet) to hopefully format this thing correctly and make it work again.

thanks - formatted it in about 3 seconds in the computer...only tip is not to try through my computer, use administrator tools in control panel...
