The PPC 6700 comes with 2 games, not too exciting. How can I play either on line or download games for free? Will any Palm game work or sync, or some friendly website? Keep it kind of simple and fun please.
So I downloaded A Viking's Saga. It was a pain in the ass to install, but ultimately very worth it. This looks like a pretty cool game. But I can't seem to do very well. Is there a strategy guide? Or can any experienced players give some tips?
there has to be some sort of way to play against other ppc players using the internet connection right? is the only thing stopping me from playing games on yahoo the fact that the browser is not java enabled?

To answer some questions, yes you can play some of your old palm os games with styletap (google it), but you can find ppc games and plenty of other software on PocketGear or Hondango. Here are a few good titles.
sadly, there aren't too many online games that you can play on the ppc. I wish more developers would support this. More often than not, if a game does have online support, you have to type in the IP of your friend you want to play with or vice versa, there is no server list or anything like that. With games like mario kart ds for nintendo ds supporting wireless infrastructure mode, I'm surprised more ppc developers aren't jumping at the chance of a lifetime.

Links is good, Tiger Woods golf is good too, tho the icon it uses causes like a 45 second delay in showing the start menu or Games folder. Freaking weird.
Anthelion is awesome space shooter.
Freecell is cool.
Motocross Sturnt racer is pretty cool
forget Snails, Worms is way better
Pool challenge and virtual pool are pretty sweet pool games.
